How to Access the cTrader Platform: A Step-by-Step Guide

Accessing the cTrader platform through ETX Funding is a straightforward process designed to get you trading as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the essential steps to get started, along with guidance on what to do if you encounter issues with receiving the necessary emails from Spotware.

Step 1: Purchase a cTrader Account

Begin by purchasing a cTrader account through ETX Funding. Once your purchase is complete, you'll be set to receive the necessary credentials and instructions to access your trading account.

Step 2: Check Your Email for Instructions

After purchasing your cTrader account, you will receive two emails:

  1. An email from Spotware, the provider of the cTrader platform.

  2. An email from ETX Funding's system.

Step 3: Create Your cTrader Account (For First-Time Users)

If you are accessing the cTrader account for the first time, the email from Spotware will provide detailed instructions on how to create your cTrader account. Follow these instructions carefully to set up your account.

Note: ETX Funding does not have control over your cTrader credentials. These are set by you, the customer, and we cannot view or retrieve them.

Step 4: Use the Same Login Credentials for Future Accounts

Once you have created your cTrader account, all subsequent cTrader accounts will use the same login credentials. You only need to create your account once, and those credentials will be valid for any additional cTrader accounts you open.

Automatic Transfer of Trading Accounts

Your trading account should automatically transfer to the email address you have on file with Spotware. Ensure that you check the email address associated with your cTrader account for this transfer.

Troubleshooting: Did Not Receive the Email from Spotware?

If you do not receive the email from Spotware, you can still access the cTrader platform by following these steps:

  1. Go to the cTrader platform's login page.

  2. Attempt to sign in using the email address you used for your account setup.

  3. If you are unable to sign in, use the "Reset Password" option. Enter your email address and follow the instructions to reset your password.

By following these steps, you should be able to gain access to your cTrader account even if the initial email from Spotware does not arrive.
