This article presents a collection of frequently asked questions about ETX Funding's evaluation process, providing direct insights into key aspects of account management and operational policies.

Can I Merge my accounts?

You can only merge your Evaluation accounts if they meet the following criteria:

  • Must be live simulated accounts

  • The accounts must not have been merged before.

  • The accounts must not have been traded OR have already received the first performance reward on both accounts.

  • The accounts must be at the initial balance.

  • Total amount per live account must not exceed $300,000 (For example: You can have 3x $100k to have the maximum allocation of $300k). We allow a total allocation of $600,000 in total live simulated accounts.

Please Note:

During the evaluation phase, accounts cannot be merged and must be traded separately.

  • Accounts can only be merged ONCE.

To merge your funded accounts, please send an email to [email protected] with the live simulated account numbers that you wish to merge.

What happens if a violation has been detected on my account?

If a violation has been detected on your account, that account will be suspended and will not qualify for any future performance reward s. If you violate your account, you can reset your account at a discounted price. The reset will provide you with a new account.

Do I receive a Bonus or "refund" on my first Performance Reward?

All Campaigns qualify for a 100% Registration fee Bonus added to their first performance reward. A trader qualifies for a performance reward and Bonus only if they have made:

  • $5k Account: Achieve $500 in gains.

  • $10k Account: Achieve $1000 in gains.

  • $25k Account: Achieve $2000 in gains

  • $50k Account: Achieve $3,000 in gains

  • $100k Account: Achieve $5000 in gains.

  • $200k Account: Achieve $10,000 In gains

  • $300k Account: Achieve $15,000 in gains.

What is considered an account purchase fee?

The base fee that the account is listed for. This does not pertain to any add-ons, upgrades, or resets opportunities that we also provide traders.

What happens if I attain the growth target and then accidentally violate the drawdown rule?

If at any point your account violates a trading objective, it will not be eligible to proceed to the next phase. Even if you reach the growth target.

I passed Phase 1, what happens next?

Please make sure you have no remaining open or running trades, completed the minimum requirement of 4 trading days and have reached the growth target of 8% with no violations on your account. You can upgrade your Phase 1 account to a Phase 2 account from your Dashboard. However, this option will only appear if you have completed the requirements to pass.

I passed Phase 2, what happens next?

Please make sure you have no remaining open or running trades, completed the minimum requirement of 4 trading days and have reached the growth target of 5% with no violations on your account. You can upgrade your Phase 2 to a Demo funded account from your Dashboard. This option will only appear if you have completed the requirements to pass. Demo funded accounts will initially be on “READ-ONLY” mode and trades will be disabled until you provide the required KYC documents and signed contract.

What is considered a trading day?

A trading Day is a trade entered from 6pm EST to New York Market Close.

How long do I have to complete my evaluation?

There is no time limit for any of our Evaluations. This gives traders the flexibility to take their time. Traders must take at least 1 trade every 30 days to avoid account suspension due to inactivity.

How many days of inactivity does a trader get?

After account purchase, a trader must take a trade on their account within 30 days. Failure to take a trade within 30 days will result in account suspension due to inactivity.

How many evaluation funded accounts can I have at the same time?

You can have as many Evaluation accounts as you wish up to a maximum of $600,000. You can only merge accounts up to $300,000 each.

Can I hold trades over the weekend?

Yes.
