What is Rejuvenate? Explain what it is and how it's used.
Account Rejuvenation is a non-refundable account add-on that allows traders whose account balance is within 3% of the initial account balance to "rejuvenate" their negative account to break even. The rejuvenation will give you a brand-new account. For the option to become available to use, all open trades must be closed and your account balance must remain within 3% of the initial balance.
For example, if your account has an initial balance of $100,000, the balance must not be less than $97,000 after all open trades are closed to qualify to use the Rejuvenation option. In the event a trader's account balance is more than 3% of the initial balance, they must trade their accounts back to eligibility (e.g., if the balance drops to $96,500 (ineligible), traders must trade it back to $97,000 or higher (eligible)).
Which programs are eligible for the Rejuvenate Add-on?
The Rejuvenate add-on can be purchased for the Solo Campaign (1-Phase) and Multi Campaign (2-Phase) programs only. It does not roll over to a simulated funded account. If traders achieve a simulated funded account, the rejuvenation add-on will remain on the user account until a new challenge is purchased and be added to it. Please note that the Rejuvenate add-on is not available for the LAM (Live Action Mode) program.
Can I use the Rejuvenate add-on for another account?
The Rejuvenate add-on is exclusive to the account it was purchased for and cannot be transferred or used with any other account.
Here's what happens with the Rejuvenate add-on based on your account status:
If you pass: The Rejuvenate add-on will automatically carry over to each subsequent phase.
If you breach: Should you breach your account without utilizing the Rejuvenate add-on, the decision to transfer it to another qualifying account will be at the discretion of ETX.
How many Rejuvenate Add-ons can I purchase?
You can purchase only one Rejuvenate add-on per qualified account.
What happens if you accidentally use the Rejuvenate to reset your account?
