Indemnification: By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ETX Funding, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including, without limitation, legal fees, arising from or relating in any way to your use of our services, your violation of this agreement, your breach of any law or the rights of any third party, or your participation in trading activities.

In particular, you agree to indemnify and hold ETX Funding harmless from any claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the information or services provided by the Company, your violation of this agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your use of our services and this agreement.
