Navigate to performance rewards: Move your cursor to the wallet icon located at the top left corner of the dashboard. A hover label that reads "Performance Rewards" will appear.

Select Account: Use the dropdown menu to choose the account number from which you wish to request a performance reward.

Check Eligibility: Verify your eligibility for a withdrawal by referencing the "Next Available Withdrawal" date for the selected account.

Request Withdrawal: Click on "Request Withdrawal" and enter the amount you wish to withdraw. Before proceeding, ensure you review our Fair Play Policy for information on performance reward limits.

Choose Withdrawal Method: Select your preferred method of withdrawal. Options include:

- Rise: For bank transfers and cryptocurrency withdrawals.
- Direct Cryptocurrency performance rewards: Enter your wallet address accurately. Please double-check your wallet address as incorrect submissions cannot be reversed, and ETX cannot be held responsible for errors in entry.
