2. What performance reward options are available?
We provide two performance reward options:
Rise, for bank transfers and cryptocurrency.
Direct cryptocurrency performance rewards, processed through Trader HQ.
3. How long does it take to process performance rewards?
Performance reward processing times vary by campaign mode:
Solo and Multi Campaigns: up to 3 business days.
Live Action Mode: up to 2 business days.
After approval, receiving your performance reward can take up to 48 hours.
4. How do cryptocurrency performance rewards work?
Cryptocurrency performance rewards are processed directly on Trader HQ. Traders must choose one of the available cryptocurrency performance reward options and add and confirm their wallet address to receive payments.
5. What happens if my performance reward requires additional review?
If your performance reward needs further review to ensure adherence to our terms of use, we will communicate with you promptly. This process helps maintain a fair and positive trading environment.
6. Why might a performance reward be reviewed?
Performance rewards may undergo review to verify that trading activities comply with our terms. This ensures a supportive trading atmosphere and deters system abuse.

8. How can I set up my performance reward option?
For bank transfers and cryptocurrency, set up a Rise account through our platform. For direct cryptocurrency performance rewards, select your preferred option in Trader HQ and confirm your wallet address according to the provided instructions.
9. How often can i request a performance reward?
For funded accounts, after completing a minimum of 4 trading days, you can request the initial withdrawal from your simulated funded account 30 days after the first trade. Please note, if you purchased the Bi-weekly performance rewards add-on, your account is eligible to request the initial withdrawal 14 days after the first trade. Subsequent withdrawal requests can be made every 14 days thereafter. To initiate a withdrawal, log in to your TraderHQ and submit the request through the performance rewards Tab on the Top Menu Bar. Also, note, if you purchase the no minimum trading days add on, you do not need to meet the standard minimum day requirement.
10. Do i receive a Bonus or "refund" on my first performance reward?
All Campaigns qualify for a 100% Registration fee Bonus added to their first performance reward. A trader qualifies for a performance reward and Bonus only if they have made:
$5k Account: Achieve $100 in gains.
$10k Account: Achieve $250 in gains.
$25k Account: Achieve $500 in gains
$50k Account: Achieve $1,000 in gains
$100k Account: Achieve $1500 in gains.
$200k Account: Achieve $2,000 In gains
$300k Account: Achieve $3,000 in gains.
